New Music Arts Projects (NMAP) – a not-for-profit arts organization representing a consortium of new music presenters in Toronto – is pleased to present soundaXis ’08, a multidisciplinary city-wide celebration of new music and its points of contact with other artistic disciplines. Necessary Angel, The Eco Show: May 13 to June 1

Bella Donna: May 16 to June 7
Burning Passions Theatre and Some Strange Reason Theatreworks present David Copelin’s 2005 Fringe Festival hit Bella Donna. The play runs at The Berkeley Street Theatre Upstairs from May 16 to June 7, 2008. Set in Renaissance Italy, Copelin’s clever and darkly funny script about the sexual, political and religious intrigues surrounding history’s notorious Lucrezia Borgia gets a new and provocative production directed by Sue Miner.
