Theatre Passe Muraille proudly continues its tradition of nurturing new work by presenting the world premiere of Them & Us, the first full-length play by acclaimed Second City alumnus, Tracy Dawson. Every year, book artists, printmakers, papermakers, and private press printers gather at OCAD to show their work and demonstrate their skills in OCAD’s Great Hall. The university community and general public are welcome to come and watch artists at work making paper, printing from litho stones, screen printing, hand typesetting, book binding, wood engraving, etching and much more. Many items are available for sale, providing unique ideas for holiday gift giving. Admission is pay-what-you-can.

The delightfully eclectic evening features a work by Romantic composer Cesar Franck (1822-1890), a piece by Impressionist composer Claude Debussy (1862-1918) and the monumental Quartet for the End of Time by Olivier Messiaen (1908-1992). More »

The performers play each other like instruments: an arm is a harmonica, hands tap chests, and boots become drums. The dancers’ syncopated breathing and expressive vocalization bond into a joyous communal micro-society. They move in compelling waves of sculptural connection, in mutual support of each other.
