AfriCan Theatre Ensemble in association with Theatre Direct Canada proudly present the Canadian premiere of “Softown” March 17 to 21, 2010 at the Artscape Wychwood Barns Theatre. Set during South Africa’s Apartheid era, “Softown” is an adaptation for family audiences of the 1986 landmark play “Sophiatown” which was originally created by the Junction Avenue Theatre Company of Johannesburg.
