Ryerson University, Silver Screens Arts Festival: May 31 – June 6
Ryerson University’s The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education is proud to present the third annual Silver Screens Arts Festival. Produced in partnership with LIFE Institute, this year’s Festival will centre on the theme of ‘Eyes of the World’. The Festival offers adults 50+ a chance to express and showcase their creativity and talents, through various art forms including film, photography, workshops, guest speakers, and theatre. Over the past two years, the Festival has worked towards confronting the image of aging through all aspects of society. Man 2 Man: June 18, 19
I am glad to announce that tickets for my play “Man 2 Man” – Damien and Emmanuel’s love story are now available. The play will be staged at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre in Toronto on June 18th and 19th. and is directed by Canute Lawrence. “Man 2 Man” stars Frederick O’Neal and Tawiah M’carthy along with Neville Stephenson. Pleiades Theatre is proud to present the beloved Canadian classic, La Sagouine by the celebrated Acadian writer Antonine Maillet. Starring the legendary Viola Léger this one-woman show has not been seen in English in Toronto since 1979.
