This exhibition features 103 black and white photographs taken by George Hunter as he traveled across Canada during the decade 1945-55. For his more than sixty year career as a photographer, archivist and historian his mission has been to capture the beauty of the Canadian landscape and also to record the working life and the faces of the people that he encountered. This exhibition is organized by the Art Gallery of Mississauga and curated by Robert Freeman.
