In Memory of Harold A. Duckett 1958-2009

We offer our sincere sorrow and condolences to Harold’s family and friends. We will miss him dearly at The Factory.

A media artist whose animation and caricatures were featured at The Factory during February 2008, Harold was an active member of the Programming committee and curator for a number of Factory Works Screening Series events. More »

Her year -round strolls in the outdoors allows her to witness nature in some of its alien manifestations. Her quirky way of seeing has been influenced by her upbringing, imagination, playfulness, and inclination to performance as well as a willingness to accept the multiple faces of nature. Her photos reflect parts of herself and she has combined herself within other photos . More »

Passions: Threadworks 2007, is a juried exhibition organized by the Ontario  Network of Needleworkers. This exhibition is a superb celebration of the needle arts. Entries to Passions were as varied and spectacular as the techniques and materials used to create them. Sixty pieces were selected by jurors Nan Hogg,  Barbara Kershaw and Mary Misner from the original 125 entries. More »
