Theatre Aquarius, “Toronto , Mississippi”: Jan 21 – Feb 7

Theatre Aquarius is pleased to present Toronto, Mississippi in a co-production with the Playhouse Theatre Company, Vancouver. Written by Governor General Award-winning playwright Joan MacLeod, this heartfelt family drama is about Jhana, a mentally challenged girl who, like any teenager, tries to decipher a complicated adult world. When Jhana’s father, an Elvis impersonator, returns after a long absence, her unusual family is thrust into action.
