Events:

Theatre Burlington, “A Night in the Theatre”: April 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, May 1 & 2

If you sometimes get more of a kick out of the audience than the play, join Margaret and Stanley Locker and their friends, Donna and Walter Pace, for  their fun-filled “night in the theatre”. As they seek a little insight into
the “Bard”, we will see exactly what is meant by “All the world’s a stage”. We learn a lot about the audience and even a little about “Hamlet”. This play will give you food for thought, or perhaps, even a Danish. “To Be or Not To Be” was never like this! More »

‘Company’ is being produced by Hammer Entertainment,
directed by Jaclyn Scobie and musically directed by Erik Canaria.

The clashing sounds and pulsing rhythms of New York City underscore this landmark “concept” show, considered by many to have inaugurated the modern era of musical theatre. “Company” follows our anti-hero bachelor, Robert, as he makes his way through a series of encounters with April (the stewardess), Kathy (the friend), Marta (the “peculiar” one), as well as with his married friends. Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Company’ features the songs Ladies Who Lunch, Another Hundred People and Being Alive. More »
