Iron is a taut psychological drama set in a womenďż˝s prison in Scotland. A daughter, Josie, is visiting her mother, Fay, for the first time in fifteen years. Wiersema (who will present his memoir about growing up to Bruce Springsteen’s music with the help of local musician Anne Marie Pavlov) and Sylvia Tyson. Yes…that Sylvia Tyson, of Ian and Sylvia, CBC radio, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. She will be reading from her first novel and performing some of the songs it inspired.
