La Jeunesse Youth Orchestra presents ‘The Cello Suites’
Thursday March 25, 7:30 pm, at the Capitol Theatre in Port Hope.
Eric Siblin will read from his bestselling book The Cello Suites: J.S. Bach, Pablo Casals, and the Search for a Baroque Masterpiece. Rachel Mercer will perform selections from the Suites on the 1696 ‘Bonjour’ Stradivarius cello, awarded by the Canada Council.
