DIANNE AND ME-May 26 8pm
Emma is an intuitive teenager with a wild imagination, who has life all figured out until something goes wrong and she is forced to rely on the one person she never thought she would: her mother. A moving portrait of mothers, daughters, and the sacrifices they make. Winner of the 2009 Canadian National Playwrighting Award and starring award-winning actress, Elena Juatco, this powerful solo show was “A Must See” at the 2011 Vancouver Fringe Festival.
“One of the best examples of a solid performance and story … I see something in this production that is not bound to the stage. It is performed by someone who is bound for great things and, I think, deserves it. See it.”– Shane Birley, Plank Magazine.
