Learie Mc Nicolls, sneak preview film screening, Thurs Oct 1

Thursday October 1, 2015 at 8 pm, free. Sneak preview of a film by dancer/choreographer Learie Mc Nicolls, a film version of his dance work Resurrection. For the past 10 months, Learie has been filming it at Artword Artbar, and editing it at home. If he determines that it is “finished”, we will have an official public screening later. Resurrection is the second dance work in his autobiographical trilogy: the first is Armour presented in Toronto a decade ago, and the third is Transformation presented at Artword Artbar this past spring and summer.
