Supercrawl special Jazz: Chris Maskell Quartet, Sun Sept 11, 2-4 pm

Sunday September 11, 2016, afternoon 2 to 4 pm, $10 or by donation, students $5. Supercrawl special concert: Jazz with the Chris Maskell Quartet: Chris Maskell saxophone and compositions, Gentiane MG piano, Levi Dover bass, Louis-Vincent Hamel drums.
Chris Maskell is an emerging voice in the Montreal and Ottawa jazz scenes. As a recent graduate of the McGill University jazz program, he has had the chance to study with saxophonists such as Donny Kennedy, Frank Lozano and Remi Bolduc. At this performance, his group will present a mix of original music and jazz standards. The quartet is in Toronto on September 10th for a performance at the Toronto Undergraduate Jazz Festival.  chrismaskell.com
