SwingLine Big Band filling in for MOJO, Sat Nov 11

Saturday November 11, 2017, 8 pm, $15. Filling in for MOJO (who had to cancel) is the wonderful SwingLine band (The Little Big Band). SwingLine began as a project organized by Darren Blundell and Urmas Soomet. The musicians of this band were originally brought together purely for the love of music with no ongoing commitment. Over time musical ties grew stronger with a desire for the group to rehearse regularly and thus the band SwingLine was born  – an inspired band playing big band standards with some soulful R&B to round things off.
